Wow! I'm still amazed by CCI's commitment to ensuring a satisfied customer, because when my original order arrived, the 2 highest graded (PMG 65) * notes were beautiful, but not the Millennium * notes I was expecting. My feedback reflected my unhappiness, and a few days later, Fawn from CCI called to apologize and explain the Millennium * notes I ordered were not available, but they were sending me similar Millennium* notes to make up for the mistake, and to keep the notes I received originally for my inconvenience. When my parcel arrived, I was literally left shocked by the contents that easily made up for their mistake. Included were 2 Millennium * notes graded PMG 66 (higher than my original order) as well as a few unexpected bonus notes, Fall sales catalog and a CCI pen. In truth, I have never in my decades of numismatic collecting ever had a coin & currency dealer or shop do what CCI just did to make up for their error to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Needless to say, I called and placed a new order from CCI the moment they opened for business on Monady morning. Indeed, CCI's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly in a class at the top by itself, and a very rare trait found in any shop or online business today and regardless of what they are selling. I have no doubts that in the future, my
overall satisfaction and happiness with any purchase I make will always be CCI's primary concern! Bravo CCI, absolutely BRAVO!
