The 1897-O Barber Half Dollar in About Good (AG) condition is heavily worn, with Liberty’s outline faint but still discernible, and the date and portions of the motto barely legible. On the reverse, the eagle’s shape remains visible, but nearly all interior details, such as feathers and shield lines, are worn smooth. Though well-circulated, this coin retains collector interest due to its age and New Orleans mint origin.
